About Pfändrechner
Radif Partners is an independent publisher. For the Pfändungsrechner it reads sections 850 to 850k and 899 to 907 of the German Code of Civil Procedure, section 54 of Social Code I, section 76 of the Income Tax Act and the 2025 and 2026 exemption-limit notices in the Federal Law Gazette, and checks its own arithmetic line by line against the official tables. It is not a court, a debt advice service or a law firm and gives no legal advice.
Why this site exists
If your wages or bank account are garnished in Germany, you need one number fast: how much do I keep? The official table answers that, but it is a long PDF with hundreds of rows in German, and many offers on the subject end in a contact form. This site does the opposite: the same table as a calculator for monthly, weekly and daily pay, plus the protected account (P-Konto), the deadlines and the income that cannot be taken at all. What we add: the arithmetic is checked against all 1,847 rows of the 2025 and 2026 tables, and every answer names the section it comes from.
Who publishes it
The publisher is Radif Partners, a company that builds calculators from public rules and data. Radif Partners is not an authority, a court, a debt advice service or a law firm. The site is not affiliated with any ministry, creditor, collection agency or bank and uses none of their logos. It sells nothing, refers you to no adviser and contains no affiliate links.

Where the figures come from
The protected amounts come from the 2026 exemption-limit notice and the 2025 notice; the rules from the Code of Civil Procedure, in particular section 850c, section 850k and section 899 ZPO, and from section 54 SGB I and section 76 EStG. How we calculate and check is on the method page; how we correct, in the editorial policy.
Your data
The calculators run only in your browser. There is no account and no form that sends what you enter to us. Details on audience measurement are in the privacy policy.
What the site does not do
It does not replace the garnishment order or a decision of the enforcement court and gives no legal advice. What counts is what the court, your employer and your bank set in your case.
